Compliance with the Personal Data Act
Onepark is committed to complying with the privacy regulations and has an ongoing dialogue with the authorities. Onepark's privacy statement can be read here.

• All personal information is stored in accordance with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority's guidelines. A more detailed description of this can be found in the terms of use during the registration process on autopay.io and in ONEPARK's privacy policy.
• ONEPARK is committed to following the privacy policy and has an ongoing dialogue with the authorities. Information, signage, internal controls and deletion routines have been designed in collaboration with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. ONEPARK's privacy policy can be read here

You have the right to access ONEPARK's processing of your personal data, cf. the Personal Data Act, Section 18, first paragraph.

ONEPARK is the data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

The purpose of ONEPARK's processing of your personal data is accounting, invoicing and auditing, payment verifications, administrative and legal purposes, statistics and marketing analysis, system testing, maintenance and development, customer research and surveys, as well as to assist us in future relationships with you. If we use the information in connection with statistics or market analysis, your information will be anonymized.

ONEPARK may process the following types of personal data: Name, address, mobile number, email address, purchase history, vehicle registration number and video recordings. The specific processing will depend on whether you are a member of a customer club, payment method and which parking garage has been visited. ONEPARK may link personal data to information from publicly available registers.

ONEPARK may use subcontractors in Norway or abroad to handle the personal data collected. ONEPARK ensures that appropriate contractual safeguards are in place regarding personal data. ONEPARK uses Nets as a subcontractor for the execution of transactions. Nets is responsible for storing card numbers. ONEPARK may be required to disclose information to others by law.

ONEPARK understands how important security is to our customers. All personal data is stored in a secure environment. ONEPARK neither sells nor rents personal data to any third party.

• Is my car safe in the parking area?
  Onepark ensures parking areas meet current safety standards. However, vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. We recommend not leaving valuables visible.

• How do you handle my personal data?
  We process your data in accordance with GDPR and Norwegian regulations. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
