Fraud Attempts and Fake Inquiries
Fraudulent emails and text messages are being sent in which the sender claims to be Onepark, Autopay, or EasyPark. Phone calls may also occur. We do not send payment demands or messages regarding refunds. This is fraud, where the sender attempts to obtain personal information through deception. Unfortunately, there is little we can do to prevent this. We therefore encourage you to remain vigilant and not click on links in these emails or text messages.
