Enforcement and control activities for Onepark for Oslo and the surrounding area are carried out by Parkeringsselskapet AS. Link to complaint form.

For Oslo Airport, Onepark enforces. Link to complaint form.

Complaints about control sanctions must be made in writing. Use the link below to access the complaint form.

Please have the control sanction number/imposition number and the vehicle registration number available.

Complaints will not be upheld if:

  • No visible ticket or parking permit in the car window/attached clearly visible on the vehicle
  • Crooked parking or parking outside marked areas
  • Expired ticket or exceeding the maximum parking time
  • The wrong tariff zone has been paid for
  • The wrong vehicle has been paid for
  • The vehicle registration number has not been entered electronically in the autopay.io profile, or in another electronic back-end system. When an electronic parking permit has been granted, the user MUST ensure that the vehicle's registration number is linked to the Autopay profile, or another electronic back-end system for the relevant department. If a control sanction is imposed on the basis that the registration number has not been entered and linked to the user's profile, the control sanction will be rightfully imposed, and the complaint will not be upheld.

The appeal deadline is three weeks from the date of imposition of the control sanction, cf. Parking Regulations §44 (3). All complaints submitted within the deadline will be processed and a response can be expected within three weeks of submission.
