FAQ

• If you have not paid at the payment machine, via EasyPark or on autopay.io within 48 hours of leaving, you will receive an invoice for parking/passing (incl. invoice fee). We obtain our invoice addresses from the Motor Vehicle Register, therefore all invoices are sent to the address where the vehicle is registered with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
• Questions regarding payment of an invoice should be directed to the sender of the invoice. See contact information on the invoice.

• If you have received an invoice, it is due to an expired card, blocked card or change of bank. You can change this yourself in your profile. Even if you have the same account, no card number is identical to the previous one. You can check this on my profile and add a new card for automatic withdrawal. My profile can be found at autopay.io - Charges due to missing or expired cards are the customer's own responsibility.
• If you have received a new car and have not registered it, you will also receive an invoice - this is also your own responsibility.

Invoice fees cover the actual costs of sending an invoice.

We obtain our invoice addresses from the motor vehicle register, therefore all invoices are sent to the address where the vehicle is registered with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. We also cannot redirect or send a new invoice to the correct person.

Another reason for receiving an invoice may be that you have parked longer than a possible free period. For example, some shopping centers operate with 1 to 3 hours of free parking. If you park longer, a parking fee will apply.

• Pay at the payment machine before departure.
• Register with an automatic debit profile on autopay.io
• Pay on autopay.io within 48 hours
• Start parking with the EasyPark app upon arrival.
