Why do I have to register in the employee parking portal?
- This is the way to get those parking benefits by being an employee at the airport.
- Discounts on both work parking and vacation parking.
- It is through the portal that you as an employee tell the parking system which vehicle belongs to you, so that you get the correct discounts on your parking.
-
Where do I register?
- You register on autopay.io with the registration link you should have received by email.
-
What happens if there are changes to my profile at the ID office?
- Onepark has launched an SMS service that notifies you as a user that changes have been made to your employment. This service "catches" all changes that have been made, such as name change, phone number, employer, etc. It is not necessarily you who have reported these changes to the ID office, but it may be a general update that has been carried out.
- If you receive such an SMS right after driving in, it is important that you immediately go to your Autopay profile (use the link https://autopay.io/external/si...) and update your parking permit. Until you change this, the parking fee will be without the discount that the preferential parking gives you.
-
I use different cars for work. Can I add more cars to the system?
- In Autopay, you can add multiple cars to your profile, but access to employee parking only applies to one car at a time. If you have multiple cars registered to your profile, employee parking applies to the car that first enters the parking area during the current parking session. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct registration number is entered.
-
Can an employee extend the time by 200 hours per month?
- No, unfortunately not.
Why a 200 hour cap?- This has been decided based on current parking patterns for airport
employees. Please note that the number of hours only relates to work
parking and not holiday parking.
-
Can I carry over the hours I don't use in one month to the next month?
- Unfortunately, there is no "rollover" on hours. A new month means a new 200 hours.
-
The number of hours in my profile is incorrect.
- If we have received an unclear reading of the license plate when exiting, the time bank will continue to count until this is manually corrected in the back system. This is done continuously, but sometimes it can take a little longer. This is the reason why the number of hours shows an error when the time bank is checked before we have corrected the license plate. As soon as this is done, the time bank is updated correctly.
-
What do we do when there are multiple users (OSL employees) on a vehicle?
- It is not the vehicle that determines employee parking, but the employee's registration in the portal. If two people share the same vehicle, employees will have to ensure that the vehicle is registered to "themselves" upon entry.
-
What do I do if I have two employers at the airport?
- If you are employed by two employers at the airport, you must also have two ID cards. You will then also be able to register with two different profiles in the portal, so that parking usage is linked to the correct employer.
-
I am employed at Oslo Airport and my payment card has been charged for parking a private car. How do I prevent this?
- As an employee, you must register in the solution to receive employee parking. If this is not done, your employment relationship will not be linked to the parking technology, and you will instead be invoiced for parking on an equal footing with travelers. This is each individual's responsibility.
- If the employer has not specified that they will receive an invoice on behalf of the employee's parking, the parking consumption will be charged directly to the employee's card.
-
How do I keep track of the number of hours used per month?
- All entries and exits will appear in your profile. You will also always be able to see how many hours are left of the month's quota in the overview on your profile.
-
The departure and boarding area at the departure hall at Oslo Airport
- This area is regulated using electronic license plate recognition (LPR). Stays up to 7 minutes are free. If you stay in the area for more than 7 minutes and 0 seconds, a cost of NOK 70 per 20 minutes started will be incurred, calculated from the time of entry.
- Information regarding this can be found on signs at the entrance to the area, there are several signs inside the area and it is informed about it on both machines. It is also informed that in case of failure to pay, an invoice with an invoice fee will be sent.
- There are two machines along the drop-off and pick-up zone, where you can check the outstanding amount, if it is NOK 0, select the ‘Leave’ button before driving out. Any accrued cost for the stay will be available for payment on the web for 48 hours after driving out so that you can avoid an invoice. Here you can check and pay.
- The Norwegian Association of the Disabled has been involved in the development of the solution and has approved it.
- The scheme is also supported by the police, who say that it is important that the area is better regulated and provides a more appropriate regulation of the area.
- If you need to stay longer, it is more advantageous to use the short-term parking on the other side of the road.
For the record, it can be mentioned that the Norwegian Data Protection Authority is familiar with the solution and it has been developed and operated in accordance with guidelines from the authority.
