• How does pre-booking parking at Torp Sandefjord Airport work?
  When you pre-book parking through our website, you reserve a spot in your chosen parking area. A confirmation email with booking details will be sent to you. Your vehicle is identified automatically upon arrival based on the license plate.

• Can I park anywhere within the reserved area?
  Yes, you can choose any available spot within your selected parking area. Specific spaces cannot be reserved.

• How far in advance can I book parking?
  You can book parking up to 12 months in advance and as late as 5 hours before arrival.

• Can I modify or cancel my booking?
  Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival. Some discounted products may have limited flexibility. Change fees may apply.

• What if I arrive early or late?
  If you arrive earlier or later than planned, the system will automatically adjust your time, and additional charges will be applied upon departure.

• How do I pay for parking?
  Payment is made during pre-booking via the website using a credit or debit card. Extra time beyond the booking will be charged automatically.

• What happens if I exceed the parking time I booked?
  You will need to pay for the extra time before leaving the parking area. This is done automatically at the exit.

• Is my car safe in the parking area?
  Onepark ensures parking areas meet current safety standards. However, vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. We recommend not leaving valuables visible.
