General Provisions

  • Acceptance of Purchase: By booking parking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  • Parking Duration: Minimum and maximum parking durations vary by product. The booking calendar will display optimal options.

  • Booking Window: You can book parking from 12 months in advance up to 5 hours before arrival.

  • Reserved Space: Your parking space is guaranteed, but not a specific spot. Follow signage for HC, EV, or reserved spaces.

  • Full/Closed Signs: Even if an area shows “full,” spaces are reserved for pre-booked customers.

  • Validity of Booking: Your booking is valid only for the specified date, time, and parking area. Overstay will incur additional charges.

Booking Confirmation and Receipt

  • You will receive a booking confirmation via email.

  • Transactions will appear as "ONEPARK (UK) LTD UXBRIDGE GB" on your payment statement.

Use of the Parking Area

  • Prices: All prices are in NOK (including VAT) and valid at the time of booking.

  • Overtime: If you exceed the booked time, you must pay for the additional time before leaving the parking area.

  • Security: Parking is at your own risk. Lock your vehicle properly and do not leave valuables visible.

  • Liability Limitations: Onepark is not responsible for damages or theft unless caused by negligence on our part.

  • Behavior: Drive carefully, follow all signs, and supervise children and animals at all times.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

  1. Deadlines: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booked start time.

  2. Fees: Some products do not allow changes/cancellations, particularly discounted offers. Any applicable fees will be displayed during booking.

  3. Refunds: Refunds are possible only for valid cancellations before the deadline and will be issued to the original payment card.

Events Beyond Our Control

Onepark is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Privacy and Security

  • Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

  • Payment information is encrypted and secured with SSL technology.
