Here you can manage your profile and keep track of your registered vehicles and payment cards. This guide is especially important to follow fully if you rent a parking space from Onepark.
You can easily create a profile at https://autopay.io/signup. Enter your first name, last name, and email address. Check the box to accept the terms and conditions and select "Register":
Complete the registration by following the link in the email that is sent:

Enter the information in the mandatory fields and register.

You will see a confirmation when the registration is successful:

You are now a registered user with an Autopay profile. Congratulations!
On the main page, you will see the menu on the left side of the screen (when logged in on a PC):

The first thing you need to do is add your license plate number under Vehicles:
Please note that you can add multiple cars. However, if you have only rented a parking space with one parking permit and park two or more cars under the same profile simultaneously, all cars entering the parking area after the first car will be sent an invoice for short-term rates.
Users must ensure to update the vehicle information if the car is sold, or if a rental or borrowed car is used, etc. It is important to remember that all queries Autopay makes during parking occur at entry. Therefore, users must update the license plate number before entering in the aforementioned cases.

If you want automatic withdrawal from your payment card after each parking session at facilities with Autopay, add your payment card:

Under Receipts, you will be able to search for receipts for automatic withdrawals on your payment card:

Under "Customer clubs," you will be able to find possible customer clubs you can join (e.g., customer clubs at shopping centers, etc.):

If you have a parking permit, it is important to check that it is registered:
This is what it looks like if you do not have any parking permits:

And this is an example of where you have a parking permit:
If you believe you should have a parking agreement, you must contact the parking administrator for your company. They can assign a parking permit.
